Thermo Building Services LLC is a home performance testing company. TJ Alexander is the principle member and has a wide variety of experience in construction, in both design and contracting. Our focus is to find the problems and issues in your building that are inefficient and energy wasting. We will make recommendations on how to best solve these issues, so you will have the knowledge about the potential options and solutions.
Building Performance Institute www.bpi.org is a certification and training organization to set high standard for Energy Audits and Performance Contracting. They are working with government and industry leaders to establish standards and improve knowledge of energy efficiency. Continuing education and upgraded training is required maintain certification.
